Garlic Roasted Tomatoes & Shrimp Pasta

Summer Seafood is the BEST!  I made a spin on THIS Real Simple recipe by adding it over pasta & roasted cherry tomatoes.  For the tomatoes - just cut them in half, coat with olive oil, salt, pepper & about a teaspoon of minced garlic.  Bake them at 400 degrees for about 15 minutes. 
Toss everything together, eat up & enjoy!
